Heat & Screed Ltd provide a ‘one stop shop’ for customers wanting Underfloor Heating and Screed. The complete installation is managed and installed by our own teams, who are all knowledgeable in their particular field. The entire floor system is supplied and installed by us, giving customers a single point of contact for any questions regarding any part of their heated floor package and more importantly one point of contact in the unlikely event of any issues with any part of their floor.

We are always on hand to assist self-builders every step of the way with their project, be it a new build house, refurbishment of an existing house or an extension. We can offer a solution to almost every possibility including low profile UFH, lightweight overlay UFH and our much-used pipe in screed UFH system.

We install both traditional screed and hydrite (or flowing) screed with underfloor heating, something the majority of our competitors don’t offer. We will always advise on the best product in terms of final floor use and cost for the self-builder. Once works are completed, we will provide manuals and advice on the floor package.

We will provide you with a detailed quotation which will suit your particular requirements. Once an order is confirmed we will produce a detailed CAD layout of your UFH based on the final project drawings for approval.
